Monthly Mental health surgery

On the last Friday of each month, Al Fitrah hosts a Q&A with expert mental health specialists, councillors and psychiatrists to answer public questions of topics related to mental health and awareness. This is especially directed at a community which usually treat such subjects as taboos. Resources and information can also be requested. To submit a question please email info@alfitrah.com

Wisdom and Tea – Interfaith gatherings

So a Jew, a Christian and a Muslim walk into a room, what did they have in common? Wisdom and Tea is a respectful space where People of Faith can discuss with one another topics such as Theology, Philosophy and reaching God. We welcome healthy debates and questions from all.

Daughters of Islam - Girls' Youth Forum

So a Jew, a Christian and a Muslim walk into a room, what did they have in common? Wisdom and Tea is a respectful space where People of Faith can discuss with one another topics such as Theology, Philosophy and reaching God. We welcome healthy debates and questions from all.

Youth activities such as horse-riding, archery and camping

We offer team bonding experiences which allows youth to embark on affordable recreation activities, make new friends and build new skills. The aim of these outings is to encourage our youth to learn the importance of creating good bonds with the right friends and in a manner that will only enrich their lives. It is a rarity for youth to find new friends in this day and age outside of school because of this era being so technologically advanced as well as the world becoming so unsafe. We aim to provide a safe environment for youth to be able to create friendships and express themselves.

Speakers and presentations

Are you planning an event or fundraiser? If you are in need of a speaker or presenter, Al Fitrah can arrange this for your university, organisation or private event. We can provide topics or alternatively can cater to the theme of your event.
